I am so glad Gastonia has this urgent care that can be utilized after normal hours. Two of my dogs were treated there recently. The staff was very compassionate and acted quickly to ensure they were given the best possible care. The staff even followed up the next day to check on their status.

At a time when I urgently needed immediate care for my beloved boxer Allie, I stumbled upon this wonderful and caring group of people at Urgent Vet-Gastonia. From the moment I rushed in with my pet, I was amazed by the exceptional care they provided. The entire team displayed remarkable knowledge, compassion, and expertise, ensuring that my pet and my family received the best possible care.

Took my dog to their office in Gastonia, he was on his way out, they took him back as soon as we walked in the door, I knew that he had suffered enough from heart issues, they took me in back and brought him to me so I could hold and love on him one last time, they were very caring for us both as they put him out of his misery. I sat there about a hour holding and loving on him. They gave us time together for the last time. He was all that I had for the past 5 years, it really hurt to loose him. They are taking care of everything for me, cremation so I can bring him back home and continue to love and be with him forever.

Everyone was very concerned about Snuggs and took excellent care of her. Diagnosed her quickly and gave us several options to take her to. She had surgery that day and is doing awesome!

Had to bring my little man in for an ear infection over the wknd. We were both treated with kindness and compassion. My fur baby was diagnosed and treated appropriately. The Doctor and staff were informative and very caring. I will definitely come back if we need to,

Staff was great! Short wait. The Doctor was very thorough and pleasant. I hope I don't need their service again, but in the event I do, I know my pup will be in great hands!

We took our cat Teddy there shortly after 5pm, as they have late evening hours, unlike most of the other places. The staff got us right in & took Teddy straight back. They were super friendly & very professional in all aspects. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of their pet or animal in need of medical assistance! This is a top notch facility that's also open late!

Our lab became acutely ill one evening. He vomited and was shaking in pain and most important, his friendly disposition was gone. We got right in and the tech knew what to examine and what to avoid. The vet herself was amazing in that she was able to do a full assessment while just petting and calming him. She quickly realized that he might need emergency surgery, so they connected us to a 24 animal hospital and transferred all the information. Because he was transferred to an ER, there was no charge. They even called the next day to see how he was doing. Excellent, excelente care of our dog and his worried “parents.”

We absolutely love Urgent Care in Gastonia (as well as Belmont) . Whenever it might take too long to see our normal vet, they have always come through with excellent care and great prices. They have helped us transition 2 of our pets across the rainbow bridge. There is a beautiful room that you can be with your pet until they cross. The staff is always friendly and kind. Nothing but good things to say about Urgent Care.

The Doctor was nice and friendly. She was easy to talk to and understand. Everyone was so nice. They were easy with Sally and treated her with care. I would go there again with Sally if I have another emergency. This is a good place to take your pets.
